Who is the Collins Family
John Collins- He is a Husband, Father, and President of The Extreme Group. His business has provided frequent traveling nationally and internationally. His company provides interactive events with text messaging and audience response services for business and ministry clients, from most of the Fortune 50 to small churches.
He was born and raised in a Christian home by his father Loren, who was in the Air Force and his mother Dorothy, who was a true keeper of the home. He has two older siblings, Lori Boatright, who lives in Valrico, FL and Jim Collins, who lives in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Both of whom have two daughters. Resulting in six grandchildren for Mr. and Mrs. Loren Collins…
John now leads his own family as they spend months at a time on the road. He and his wife Kristi, are raising two children- Katie 12, and Sam 11, both of whom are also Christians and help with the family business.
Above all, John is a familyman who spends ample time with his family, and his friends. He is someone everyone can appreciate and love… and at the same time he appreciates and loves all his friends, and family members who have helped him thru life from birth…
Kristi Collins is the beloved bride. She does more than could ever be described. She is a wife, mother, teacher and the world’s best volunteer. She grew up in Pinellas County and graduated from Gulf High and USF. She enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on the beach.
Katie Collins is the first born. At age 9 she wrote and directed an international film festival award winning short film, called Unexpected News. She is currently involved in National Speech and Debate, where she is refining her public speaking abilities.
Sam Collins, in whom the legacy of the Collins family name depends, is the only male grandson for Loren and Dottie. Sam started his own business, Men’s Pens at age 9. He continues to refine his wooden pen and bowl turning skills, on his wood-turning lathe. Sam takes after his father’s love of wood working and architecture. He is very mechanically oriented and can often be found taking things apart to see how they work, at age ten he changed the exhaust manifold gasket on the family’s motor home.
